When it comes to an experience this is the right place to go. Located in the San Isidro neighborhood in Lima Amoramar presents exceptional peruvian/chinese fusion gastronomy with emphasis on seafood. Cool modern spin on what I presume to be Peruvian cuisine. Fish used in dishes tasted fresh. Octopus was very nicely done. I really enjoyed the dish that had a corn pudding like item but forgot what it is called.
Amoramar has a great ambiance and is beautifully designed. My fiance and I sat upstairs by the bar. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we almost made a reservation for the next evening for a friend's dinner. We really enjoyed the ceviche's we ordered, so much so we barely ate our main course and took them home with us.
