Ordered the tomato soup with garlic bread and shrimp ravioli. Tomato soup was delicious. Shrimp ravioli had a bit of a stale seafood flavour to it and the inside of the ravioli was dry. Tried the white sauce gnocchi as well and that was good! Seating pretty limited but has a nice ambience

The total cost? Around 5000 PKR—a steep price that demands excellence. Florentine Burger This was, without question, the highlight of the meal. The burger showcased smashed double beef patties that were juicy and perfectly seasoned, nestled between PLV’s signature potato buns. The caramelized onions, cooked in Italian balsamic, added a deep, sweet complexity that played beautifully against the tang of the pickled onions and the mustard aioli. The fresh arugula provided a peppery contrast, while the cheddar tied it all together in an indulgent bite. Served with criss-cut fries that were crisp and golden, the burger hit nearly every mark. It’s easily a 4.5/5, and I’d return just for this. Pesto and Truffle Oil Pizza The pizza was an interesting blend of flavors and textures, leaning heavily on its Neapolitan-style crust, which was airy, light, and well-charred. The creamy pesto sauce combined with smoked chicken, buffalo mozzarella, and parmesan offered richness in every bite. The addition of granulated pistachios brought an unexpected crunch, and the truffle oil infused the dish with an earthy aroma. However, the use of imitation basil left me wanting for the authentic, vibrant punch fresh basil brings to such dishes. This small but crucial detail held the pizza back from greatness. Still, it was a solid 4.2/5. The Experience While the food was enjoyable, the steep pricing at Pasta la Vista felt a bit mismatched with the overall quality. The burger certainly delivered, but the pizza—despite its creative toppings—could use a touch more authenticity to justify the cost. Verdict Pasta la Vista is a great spot for Italian-inspired dishes with a twist. The Florentine Burger is a must-try, and the Pesto and Truffle Oil Pizza is a decent choice if you’re looking to experiment. However, the price tag raises the bar for expectations, and I hope to see the restaurant refine its offerings to match the premium cost. Would I come back? Possibly—for the burger, definitely.
One of the best Italian restaurants in lahore. Loved the Neapolitan pizzas. Excellent and delicious food.
