it was a delightful experience overall! The quality of the food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the chefs take great pride in their craft. The complimentary lemon grass tea and the sides offered also added to the charm. The staff at VEERA V truly made us feel at home. They had some colours and paper to keep the kids busy! However, I do have to mention that the space felt a bit congested, especially when we were seated with our family. it would be wonderful if there were more room to accommodate larger groups comfortably. Lastly, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side as compared to the food offered.
An overly overrated place. Either I'm too late to experience their quality, or it was always like this. 12 people booked, but the 14 of us turned up. The lady requested 2 more chairs to be added, and she was point blankly refused in an arrogant manner, not an ounce of I can try or something !! Now this happened repeatedly and when the group decided to leave coz 2 of us cannot stand and eat, I had to speak to their manager as to how rude he has been and atleast tell the ladies that he can try to help and take some time to sort it, immediately his response was simple, plz wait for another 5 to 10 minutes and the table next has been billed and we can get that !! I mean, seriously!!!! Now the food, the wontons were oily, the spring rolls were gleaning with oil, so nothing much to say. Now the soup bowls I found to be very expensive but the size of them was huge, it was so huge that one person cannot just finish it hoping to enjoy a meal later, plz kindly reduce the price and adjust the serving. The remaining food was just plain ordinary, and the bill came out to be around 48k with only 4 or 5 drinks sodas included. Keeping in mind the 4k per head price of their food, I honestly don't feel there is much to talk about.
The taste was delicious the ambiance was very very good staff was very co operative and the owner was very good she was on every table to ask about food and overall experience the place is highly recommended and thanks to the owner for delicious cake
The manager was extremely rude and kept on interrupting while we were talking. This needs to be escalated to management as this behavior really made our experience terrible.
