🎉 Another Birthday Celebration for My Elder Champ’s 11th Birthday! 🎉 This time, we decided to celebrate at Arcadian Café, Emporium Mall branch, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience! 🤩 Before diving into the food review, I just want to give a massive shoutout to their incredible staff. From the moment we walked in, they were super nice and supportive! Special mention to the main order taker—what a gentleman! 🙌 He guided us through the menu with so much care, making sure every dish was just right. Much anticipated visit as we had heard quite a lot of people raving about their Hi tea menu, which is available only at the packages mall branch so far. The seating is a bit cramped seeing that it's a popular place. Could do with a bit of redesigning, but all in all it was manageable. The staff is a mixed lot, some quick to catch on to your demands and some still in need of training as to how to properly and completely address their customers' needs. The buffet table itself is a bit difficult to access as it's placed quite high up. A lot of people with average stature, especially women, were seen struggling to get a glimpse of the dish before they could pile it on their plates. So that os something that really needs to be addressed. If one is shelling out a substantial amount of money for a slightly above than average buffet hi tea then at least the dishes need to be placed where we can see them. The menu itself has some good items, such as the Chinese and Thai variety, quite a lot of deep fried items (the children loved the nuggets, but then, don't they love them everywhere else, as well?)...give a child a plateful of nuggets and I'll show you a happy and satisfied child. Anyway, soup seemed a bit out of place in a high tea......the salad bar was just so so...
