Kababjees has become our go-to spot for burgers and fried chicken cravings. Their fried chicken is the best item from their menu, and their Al-Baik sauce is a delight. However, our experiences have been marred by consistently poor service. The staff often comes across as rude, and the counter service is slow and prone to errors, such as forgetting essential items like buns or sauce. Their delivery service is equally disappointing, with cold and incomplete meals being the norm. What's more concerning is their reluctance to acknowledge and rectify their mistakes, seemingly confident in their popularity. It's disheartening to see a once-excellent establishment prioritize customer acquisition over customer satisfaction. In contrast, our experiences at KFC were always satisfactory, but unfortunately, that option is no longer available. I hope Kababjees takes customer feedback seriously and revitalizes their focus on providing a great experience.
Very pathetic service of the delivery… we ordered online and after that we wait 1.5 hours for the delivery but still our delivery is not came… then we called the contact the … and it’s very poor service of the call
the food taste was soo good they never disappoint their customer. i'm sure that i am definitly come again with my frindes.
