We loved the food and the service was Michelin star tier. We brought a baby and they were incredibly accommodating. They made him a mashed potato sculpture and even brought out a big toy for him to play with. We tried both ceviches, both were a hit (coconut and octopus). The Octopus tacos with bone marrow also very very good. And the short rib. Also, the corn tacos they make look like pieces of art. Highly recommend if you’re in town.
I’ve been in Monterrey for work for a few weeks and this is the best restaurant I’ve tried so far. The soup pictured was incredibly flavorful and perfectly spiced. Then the fish was cooked flawlessly and mixing it with the mango and rice was absolutely divine.
This is a top fine dining experience, compared to any fine dining restaurant in the World. I doubt you’ll find a better option with a similar concept.
