One of the best places architecturally speaking in Guadalajara, and the good thing is the food is also really good. Mainly seafood platters, that are good for sharing. Great for dates, business dinner or a night to catch up with friends.
The restaurant is beautiful and the service is first rate. The food is good but does not seem to be at the caliber one would expect for such a nice restaurant at this price point. Nothing is bad but nothing is particularly interesting.
OCTO has great atmosphere, top notch drinks and food, and a very capable staff and above all, the star of the show for us is Cynthia, our amazing server. It was our first time at OCTO and Cynthia made sure we had the best of the best of what is emblematically exceptional at OCTO with a very welcoming smile and constant attention to our needs. We can’t wait to return and fingers crossed Cynthia is our server.
The food was excellent. Cynthia was an excellent waitress. Get the octopus, the ravioli, and go check out the art next door.
