This place was beyond amazing, the food and drinks are inspired. They work with very delicate flavors and their cocktail selection pairs artfully. The service was really nice. The seats that overlook the street were a really beautiful experience. This is a more lowkey neighborhood of Guadlajara with nicer residents. The Aperol iris and catch of the day were a real treat , very hipster 12 stars out of 10 🌟
I was really excited to try this place, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent, which was a bit of a turn-off. The restaurant has potential, but some of the dishes need improvement. We ordered the Pellizcada de Chicharrón, and while it was okay, the chicharrón was a bit chewy and dry—it really needed more acidity to balance out the fat. The Pellizcada de Pulpo was also just okay, nothing special. However, the standout dish was the eggplant tamal, which really saved the experience. With some tweaks to the dishes and better service, this place could be great.”
I loved our dinner here. The chef prepared delicious and creative entrees and mains for our group of four. Highlights were the duck with black mole, shrimp and crab ceviche with radishes and nopales — but everything was so good! The wine list was global and extensive, and we were happy to see and order Mexican wines from the Guadalupe Valley. Wine prices were reasonable, as was the food. Our waitress was knowledgeable, thoughtful and just delightful. I’d go again in a minute!
The Menu was created with care for sure. Covers a wide range of food interests and something for everyone. We tried several appetizers and several entrees and shared them among the 4 of us. Overall the food portion of the menu was 5 stars. We did find the cocktail selection limited and lacking
