Exceptional dry pan mee. Do a small number of things well - and that they do! Perfectly cooked noodles and egg, huge bowls of chilli to add in addition to the meat and sambal. Also had fried dumplings which were fantastic too. Great tea tarik And a high chair for kids. Should be in the Michelin guide.
This is the best chilli pan mee I’ve ever tasted in my life. I come back to KL once a year and even if I’m only here for a short one day I MUST COME HERE. Noodles cooked to perfection and the flavour has not changed in the past 10 years.
Chilli Pan Mee was ok, but not spectacular. We also ordered.. Fried dumplings were ok. Cendol was good. Fried pork meat was AWFUL. Dried and over fried. Note that this also goes in the Da Pu Noodle so beware. Also you need to keep your order simple because they quite easily mess up extra egg and extra meats. Would t be in rush to come back.
In my view, Super Kitchen's dry chilli pan mee tasted even better than the overrated Kin Kin. Pirtion is larger and soup bowl bigger. The dry chilli even tasted better compared to Kin Kin which is super dry and not aromatic. After tasting this, you will not go back to Kin Kin that's for sure. Their fried sui kow is also yummy as side dishes.
