Highly recommend the oden, especially during cooler weather when the flavors truly shine. The food is absolutely delicious, particularly the white carrot (大根), which is large, juicy, and incredibly sweet. The green onion bag (ねぎ袋) and tofu (豆腐) are also must-tries, as they’re both excellent. I was fortunate to arrive early, so I didn’t have to wait long, though seating was limited. The prices are a bit higher.
Arrived there at around 4 and there wasn't a queue at their main store however it was full. They asked me to go to their new shop across the road. Its more modern compared to the old joint. The food and soup was great
We went to this street stall selling oden. There was a queue. We ordered fried tofu, tofu skins, tofu with spring onions and ginger and the boiled daikon. This is the most delicious oden I tasted in Japan and the soup stock was fantastic. Inexpensive for a party of 5. Will come again.
