Incredible experience. We booked online for lunch and this was flawless. The taste was incredible and the ingredients super fresh and also the service had a great pace overall. We loved it from start to finish a true experience and definetely recommended if you are in Osaka! TOP sushi. Also the chef was quite polite to also explain everything in English and educate us on edomae sushi.

This has got to be one of the best Japanese restaurant ever. The freshness and natural sweetness from the seafood was on a whole different level. Even the Ikura was unlike those you get, it was sweet yet, not salty. The star dish has got to be their tamago roll, which looks plain and unappealing. But the flavors that burst into your mouth is something that you won't expect out of something this simple. It left a sweet after taste that lasts for an hour. Let's not forget the amazing collection of sake they have. Every bottle they selected for us were such good companion to our dishes. Worth every bit of money and I would definitely recommend to anyone who's visiting Osaka to book a table in advance and pray that you get it. Kudos to the chefs as well , they were very hospitable and warm. They were more than happy to explain the type of fish we're about to eat and even went to the extent to show us the information about the fish in a book. It's a warm and cozy place, you're requested to go 10mins earlier to settle down. The other request is that guests do not spray on any perfume. I believe this is due to the small eating place and not wanting other patrons to smell your perfume.

This was our first omakase experience and it certainly didn’t disappoint! Firstly, when it comes to this type of meal, there is a higher standard being held to ambiance, price, food preparation, quality, plating, etc. Secondly, there is going to be some things people don’t like to eat and even though they don’t have to cater individually, its great they offer a courtesy to do so. So with all that aside, we tried booking a month ahead for dinner, but were only able to get lunch instead. Since it can be hard to reserve late in the game, we took what we could get. Also, you do need to pay the full amount up front. Note, if you cancel 3 days or more prior, then you can get a full refund. Otherwise you lose it! Upon arriving at the restaurant, you see an unassuming storefront. When you enter, someone will pop out from a sliding door to greet you and have you seated along the long sushi bar. There are lockers for you to stow away your coats and bags. The staff will ask you for any food allergies or exceptions, then proceed to prepare things right in front of you. You get the delight of enjoying the incredible knife skills of the chefs cutting up the fish, while a waiter/waitress checks on your beverages and tidies up for you right away. The food serving begins almost right away and comes at a steady stream - appropriately after you finish an item. We were delighted by the selection and range of seafood. To top that, everything was very fresh and smooth creating a whole level of new experience for sushi/sashimi. Overall, we had about 20 items in about 2 hours. It was a fantastically intimate experience and well worth it in our opinion.

We were there for lunch since dinner was fully booked. It was good omakase, but the rice could be better.
