We were having some trouble finding the restaurant because of google can’t be used indoor. We got there and learned that we need to order food to the machine by the door before sitting at the table but the super lady one woman show very kind to us told us that we need to order first. She is a super woman! She is the only one there to cook, serves, and cleanse. That’s why i call her super woman!! I love the ramen #1 and #2. Both my wife and I love the food!! Yes we recommend this place!
I recommend this ramen restaurant. The soup is made from thick chicken broth and the mussels. Even though it’s not oily, the soup has a deep and strong flavor. The noodle is homemade and has complete match with the soup. The restaurant is kept clean but there not so many chairs. In the peak time, you may need wait to enter this restaurant.
We stumbled upon this restaurant one afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. It’s down a small side street filled with restaurants in the Louise district of Brussels. My husband chose the special and it didn’t disappoint. A timbale of diced fish for starters and shrimp risotto. I had the mushroom risotto and we shared a salad. The salad was a star! Warm toasted goats cheese on a bed of greens and red fruit topped with honey and walnuts. Delicious! The portions are very generous and the prices are fair.
Great food, I highly recommend it. I don’t know what else to say. The salad, the octopus, the beef carpaccio were all fresh and tasty as hell.
