One of the best sushi gem in Osaka. The sushi rice was nicely rolled and kept warm, and all the fish served were extremely fresh. I enjoyed every bite of them. Side note, they are very strict about finishing everything you order and they do not allow video-ing your own food. Only photos allowed.
A sushi restaurant open from 6:15 in the morning: the perfect place for early birds. We came at around 7:30, so the restaurant was practically empty. Choosing omakase was a great choice as we got to try a brilliant selection of fresh cuts. Two plates of 5 pieces for 1300 yen each feels like I’m robbing this place with how much of a steal it is. I saw another review complaining about the waiting time, but I feel that they didn’t take much time between the two - it was just a short break to enjoy the sushi. The waitress was also very attentive and friendly; managed to get a whole mountain of gari upon request.
In my humble opinion, if you want a great sushi, head here! It has been 4 years from time we were last here, and it still serves a memorable meal. Will still head back here if they continue like this.
Go there early if you don't want to wait. I arrived around 6:30 and went to USJ after. The restaurant is a bit far but worth it. English menu is available. Don't forgot to order the red miso soup, it is delicious.
