I eat at Yamachan quite often in Bangkok. Unsurprisingly, the Japan locations are even better. Staff won't win any awards for friendliness, but they are prompt and you won't be waiting for long. I ordered 20 wings and I could've had 20 more. I love eating them with a glass of umeshu, cucumber with miso, and cabbage in sesame oil.
famous for its chicken wings, this inexpensive Izakaya did not disappoint. I got the dry rub and the marinated wings, right amount of saltiness and flavor, both so equally delicious that I didn't know which wing to finish last😋 that drink is Dera Koi Aka Budo... don't know what that is but it was a Highball🍻
Nagoya has become synonymous with fried chicken wings. There are 2 main restaurant chains that we tried. Personally, I prefer the fried chicken wings from Yamachan. It's very tasty. They put a lot of black pepper, so there's some bite. The pieces are small, though. So keep that in mind when you order. Instead of a cover charge, they require each person to order a drink. There was a queue when we got there, but the line moves quickly.
The restaurant is well known because of reviews and yes this is the one you should try as a mission when visit Nagoya. The restaurant is not far from Sakae area. Chicken wing is the must try dish and it taste good. As well as another menu ( I ordered Pork skewer and fried rice). The atmosphere and decoration are great but because of I am not a smoking person so it make me feel a bit upset with the smoke in the restaurant.
