The toppings are usually delicious and do not interfere with the soup, and it is a good salt plum with an emphasis on noodles and soup.
Small ramen place (only 7 seats), but taste was really good. The shoyu chashumen serving was generous (free upsize). The staff were also respectful.
I have no doubt this is a brilliant restaurant for serious Japanese food eaters. We know very little about Japanese food and our french language is limited. We struggled with the menu which was in Japanese and French. The owner really attempted to help us. The food is brilliant. Both our children really enloyed their sushi. I am a vegetarian. The options for someone like me are limited. But the fried aubergine was absolutely fantastic. If you like Japanese food, you must go here really.
I regret not ordering sushi or sashimi as my main, but I it as some side and it was amazing! For my main I picked an udon, and while udon is a fairly simple dish it’s the broth that did it for me! Amazing! I could literally just drink it, so sweet yet salty. The tonkatsu was also crispy and the meat was super juicy. Fish was one of the freshest I’ve had. My partner also enjoyed a few beers and some sake the waitors helped him pick out! A little bit pricy, but overall a really cozy dinner!
