Elegance… quality … beauty … These are the words that cross my mind when i think about Divan restaurant. The location of this restaurant is amazing, inside a brand new shopping center in Fereshteh neighborhood (Fereshteh 24) So far i have tried their …. 1- Sour Kebab 2- Koubideh Kebab 3- Gheimeh Nesar 4- Shirazi Salad 5- Yogurt stew with lamb All the side dish and Main dish that i have tried were of hight quality and taste.
IT IS A MUST GO RESTAURANT Decoration is just perfection, paintings and lights create a very classy atmosphere. Staff and waiters are attentive and professional. Foods are modern interpretation of local dishes and still loyal to original recipes but very delicious. It was a fantastic experience.
Great location and nice decoration. However, the service was slow and unorganized. Great appetizers. Main course was horrible. Worst by far in high end restaurants in Tehran. We were a party of 14. Six of us had to send our food back, because they were not cooked properly. The steak and rice was the worst. The meat was hard to cut and chew. Ended up eating just the rice! If you go there, just order salads and appetizers.
We had our last dinner at Divan before setting off back home and enjoyed it. Beautiful modern decoration rooms, interesting menu, dishes tastefully seasoned. Bill for 2, 6 dishes and 4 drinks = 500,000 tomans in July 2019. Only desserts disappointed us (30,000 T) Staff is very attentionate. Also occasion to peek at teheran upper class mall and society.
