These guys cheat. I ordered 4 ice creams from this place thru Swiggy and paid for 4. I received only 3. Keventers did nothing to resolve the issue
I want to commend Rahul Jha, the owner of Keventers in Darjeeling, for his integrity and trustworthiness. During a recent visit, we were accidentally overcharged due to a cashier’s mistake. Upon contacting Rahul, he immediately took responsibility and processed the refund without hesitation. His prompt action and willingness to resolve the issue reflects his dedication to customer satisfaction and the high ethical standards he upholds. It’s reassuring to know that businesses like Keventers, led by people like Rahul, truly value their customers. We will continue to be loyal patrons and highly recommend Keventers to everyone visiting Darjeeling.
Wrost place and experience. Place was stinky, waiters were rude and not friendly. We went around 6.30 pm in the evening and waiters were not ready to take orders as they wanted to close down for the day. Food was also average.
