Very good service but mediocre food. It doesn't taste all that authentic and it takes them forever to serve. The ambience is pretty nice though, especially on a full moon.
Ya good kind off.. You will get pool side food experience open terrace food experience at low light.. Food quality is good but its not delicious..
Just back from a wonderful dinner at Kefi downtown. We started with Saganaki, pan seared kasseri, fig jam, lemon, brandy flambé. The presentation was fun and the cheese was delicious. Hubby and I both had to have the Kokkinisto, beef short ribs slowly braised in st. george wine sauce, feta polenta, roasted tomato, heirloom carrots, spring peas. This entree was simply mouthwatering! The short ribs melted in my mouth! Our server Hannah was top notch! She was very attentive yet gave us our privacy for a romantic evening. Hubby ordered the Butterscotch Pecan Bread Pudding, sweet cream custard, butterscotch, roasted pecans, vanilla bean ice-cream flambéed tableside with butter-bourbon sauce. Again, awesome presentation with fire and outstanding flavor! I ordered Sokolatina, flourless chocolate torte, chocolate ganache, peanut butter mousse, chocolate tuile. It had to be dietetic since it was flourless…right? It was so rich and delicious, I almost had to take some home! Almost… I would highly recommend this restaurant! All this and the check came to $115 before tip. I thought that was incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food, fun atmosphere and fantastic service!
I saw all the reviews and wanted to try it. I wasn’t disappointed, the restaurant looks very nice and service was good. I came with my daughter but to get the best experience you should have a larger group. Why? If you are larger group you can order Mezze’s and taste different dishes. Highly recommend the spicy whipped feta and the olives. The falafels were decent but not more. For main I took from the Mezze menu a trio of mini souvlaki (beef) it comes in three small Pitas and taste very good. My daughter took the Pastitsio and it was wonderful, i gave the hem 4 start overall but the Pastitsio is 5. The only issue I had was their menu, it is printed on glossy paper and pinned to the the menu holder on one side (sorta like a book) and it is difficult to go through it (the waitress said that many complain). Bottom one, will go many more times.
