You need to be early at least by 7 am for breakfast. Food is good. Pongal, Podi with idli, coffee are a must try. Cheap and best. You need to wait for a minimum of 20 mins if you go late. The dine in area is small which can accommodate only 16 people at a time.
One of the he oldest hotel in Chennai located in Mylapore . Food taste is good especially Onion Rava Dosai And Ghee podi for idly😋 . They also have filter coffee which is famous in Mylapore . It's crowded . Than Sambar coconut chutney is too good
It is No1 Worst mess in Chennai City. We have made sure that there is no hygene, no quality, no taste, no neatness. Nothing is there upart from all these things we have to wait minimum of 30 to 40 minutes to get seat. In total it was a horrible experience there. My advise is even you can have breakfast in roadside vandi but not in Rayar mess. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF RAYAR MESS IN FUTURE.
Worest brake fast we had today. No proper place to sit, unhygienic sourrending area.. not neat and clean ….food taste ok only. Pl think twice before going.
