Best restro bars and good food available. If you want to try out a good hangout with your gang on weekends or weekdays, sera is best. Food is the best, presentation of food is the best. Ambience of bar is good and best place for dine-in also. Limited parking space, not too crowded. Best for parties, brunch etc. Located in prime place and easily identifiable. Staffs are friendly and good.
One amazing cocktail experience and the food was pretty decent and worth the money paid. Would love to revisit this place and try a lotore dishes to know more.
After being in quarantine for far too long, we decided to vist one of our favorite places for lunch, on new years day. As we were a bit early, not too many people were around and social distancing was not a problem. The staff and the equipment were appropriately covid proofed. The menu has made some concessions and allowed dishes like galouti kabab and kadai chicken to enter the scene. Ir definitely makes the menu more ecletic, thougfh we missed the patatos bravas. The lunch was very enjoyable. The bacon wrapped honey mustard chicken and the grilled chicken with orange marmalade and jalapeno were both excellent. The crab and egg burji, though not exactly Spanish, was pretty good too. Though they have a vey good bar menu, I like to stick to sangrias in a Spanish pub ! The strawberry cranberry sangria was excellent. Mani, who attended to us was knowledgeable and polite and gave us excellent service. Sera is easily one of the best bars in Chennai.
Experience old Chennai glamour at its finest at this highly anticipated place — think wall paintings, dim lighting and brass and gold accents with leather sofa. Sera - The Tapas Bar & Restaurant is helmed by Corporate Chef Ramkumar Varatharaj, you can expect you and your belly to have a stellar experience. Great for dates or after work drinks with the colleagues also you can make a mental note of this chic pub in Cathedral Road for your future cocktail cravings. Simple but also yummy is the Apple Balsamic on Creamy Parmesan Toast with crisp edges and a fruity apple chunks toppings blanketed in cinnamon. For strong Spanish flavours, order their Chili Garlic Prawn Cooked in Olive Oil that comes with crunchy garlic bread on side and served with fresh whole prawns in a thick spicy garlic base cooked in olive oil. Sink your teeth into the fresh and juicy prawns and kick back with a classic Russian Woodlands or get cheeky with The Country Brute cocktail. Dive straight into the addictively crispy Fried Onion Rings. Crispy Fried Onion Rings are so good you might forget them to dip in the spicy dips while sipping on beers. Unwind with freshly prepared warm French Onion Meat Dumplings and a super cool, ice-cold Jallikattu with a small group of friends. From the crispiness and contrast in flavours the French Onion Meat Dumplings stands out, it is a surprisingly refreshing yet spicy side to go with strong Jallikattu. Big eaters — the generously-portioned Grilled Parmesan Chicken in Brown Butter Sauce comes with a humongous piece of fried chicken breast piece and mashed potatoes will satisfy! Wash it all down with the sweet and fruity Spanish Sangria.
