While looking for food, 7 of us, after temples visit, found this place. No regret. Very good food. Staff service was good. Mr Naga Murugan is really an asset to this restaurant. Spoke good English. Explained and recommended food and thier own special drink to easy our digestion after a heavy meal. Thank you Mr N Murugan. Appreciated your kind service. I decided to try this restaurant after seeing it ranked as one of the top 50 restaurants in India by CNN, and I must say, it didn’t disappoint. We celebrated my mom's birthday here, and the manager was kind enough to accommodate 25 people on short notice. The ambiance is lovely, with live Bharatanatyam performances adding a cultural touch to the dining experience. The food exceeded expectations—from the rasam and chutneys to the seafood and meat, everything was exceptional. Their curries and rice were also fantastic. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Chennai and looking for authentic, mouth-watering South Indian cuisine.

I stumbled upon this fantastic restaurant in my quest to eat food from Southern India. As a single lady dining alone, the staff looked after me well and made me extremely welcome in their immaculate dining room. The complimentary snacks were divine as was the mocktail I had made from ginger, pineapple, coconut and sweet lime. I ordered fish curry which although spicy was delicious. The staff ( Shafi, Madhav, Govind, Sagai, Sangeeta & Arshad) were all attentive and charming. This was a wonderfully smart dining experience and worth every penny.
