Great destination for food lover
Must visit during the day time and at night. Totally two different experiences. During the day, walk around shopping and exploring the old city, explore Jama Masjid and Rani Hajiro. At night the street turns into a food court.
Best place to be when you are hungry, Have 1000's of options to try and suitable for all ages. Shakes, snacks , ice-creams , sandwiches , pizza's , Dry fruits , jalebi , fafda , namkeen...you name it and it has all.
The food market starts from late evening onwards. Each vendor has his fixed place and chairs for customer. They dont give you time to read the menu or decide hut keep on calling you to have their food which i found bit annoying. We tasted pavbhaji, biryani, pineapple icecream sandwich, chat and rabdi falooda. I dont know about others but i felt the dishes too spicy and less in quantity. The falooda was also not to die for. Chat item were horrible. The saver was pineapple icecream sandwich which was good concept. At the end of street you will get piping hot fafda, gatiya and jalebi which were lot more better as compared with other options.
