The vibe of this place is 10/10. Food is also good. You will feel like you are in rajasthan. Service and people are so good here. They serve 5-6 types of sabji. Rajasthani and Gujarati kathi. They don't serve roti, they serve bhakhari, thepla and bajati no rotlo. They have huge salad dish which has tomato, cucumber, cabbage, papita salad, beet, carrot, mirchi pickle, gud-chana. They serve amazing Gujarati and Rajasthani papad. Masala Chhas is too good. The best food is mohan thal, which is out of place. There are so many activities going on like rajsthani dance, magic show, and astrologer who read palms, mehendi Vali. You can do pottery. There is a kat-putali show which is so good. Overall a must visit unique place.

“I recently dined at Rajwadu and tried their incredible veg thali. Each dish was full of flavor, crafted with care, and offered a wonderful balance between taste and health. From the fresh vegetables to the perfectly spiced dals and wholesome rotis, every bite celebrated authentic flavors. The ambiance added to the experience, reflecting the beauty of traditional culture. If you’re looking for a tasty, healthy, and authentic Gujarati meal, Rajwadu’s thali is a must-try!”

Probably the best restaurant experience I have had in India, based on 5 trips there. The setting is amazing. Stone walls decorated with beautiful Gujarati handicrafts lead along a path to the reception area. Once booked in, other paths lead into a large open garden area where you are greeted with bird song (real birds!), lounges, music and dance/performances. Cane juice, aperitifs are served while taking everything in. Dinner is held in a variety of private areas adjacent to the garden. Food is traditional Gujarati thalis, with attendants constantly bringing out more dishes and drinks, until you are completely sated! Surrounding the garden area are areas where you can have a fortune read, watch a puppet or magic show, or remain in the garden enjoying music and dance. Highly recommended if you are in Ahmedabad.
