Excellent ramen, not sure if it can be considered authentic but the parsley in it was nice. The liver was great too. A bit expensive, but worth the quality.
Starters were good (Grilled cheese and prawn ceviche). Main course veal liver was really good but chicken not so much, it needed lot of salt and chimmichurry had no kick just a oili herb sauce. Service was good and place looked nice.
It was just perfect. The food is divine : we took the shrimp ceviche and the Saarema cheese as appetizers, and it was mind-blowing. The sweet potato and the carp fish confirmed that the food was truly amazing. The plum cinnamon cake and the rasperry curd were the culmination of this culinary journey. The Sardinian white wine is perfect, and I recommend finishing with a nice fruity liquor from Tauraite. The service is superb and truly caring. A must in Tallinn, where the restaurant bar is already high.
Lunch time visit. Lunch menu was a little bit cheaper than list. I ate Duck ramen and that was the first time ever, but not the last. It was good!!!
