The restaurant has some positives but also room for improvement. While the ingredients used in the dishes are high quality, the food itself was quite average and didn’t fully meet my expectations. Indian food was much better than the Thai food. The service was good, but considering it’s managed by Four Seasons, I anticipated a higher level of quality of service. One major drawback is that the restaurant isn’t stroller-friendly, which made it challenging to navigate with our kids.
I went for two times in 1 day in this restaurant because I enjoyed the first meal for lunch and I wanted to come back also for the dinner, even alone. For every bill they add tax to pay for food and drink (after the prices for the items), VAT and service charge. After dinner and after to pay the last bill I asked them a bottle of white wine take away and they charged me again these taxes and the service charge. I asked how it's possible to pay the service charge if I asked for an item take away and which kind of service I had to pay (to carry out the bottle of wine from the fridge to me?) and they answered that I was right but there they charge the service charge aniway. So I left the place without to buy anything and I will not come back anymore. I was so happy to eat again here. I am very disappointed. I suggest to avoid this place cause of the service.
Excellent service in this beautiful location on banks of the Nile. We had an early evening meal. Really enjoyed the wide selection of options on The menu. We had one person who was gluten free and delighted that many options for her to choose from. Mongolian beef absolutely delicious. Garlic nan wonderful. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Prices a little higher than other restaurants in Egypt but we found overall good quality food and worth the price.
The dishes were perfectly spiced. Plenty of vegetarian options and options to customize the order. Great service and good ambiance. Highly recommend!
