This street food restaurant is included in the best 50 of Egypt. It serves a super fresh and very cheap limited number of popular traditional Egyptian dishes. In most popular brunch of Zamalek, however, the service is slow. It's also located in shamelessly small and narrow place. Meanwhile, another brunch located in 6 October district is nice and spacious with fast and good service.
We were really looking forward to exploring the Zamalek neighborhood, and we had heard about Zooba. It was a total success! The food was delicious, the staff very friendly, the service outstanding, and the atmosphere super cool. Definitely a must-visit during your trip to Cairo. We’ll be back for sure!
Zooba was recommended by friends from NYC -- and they were right! Zooba was so friendly and delicious!! Check it out for a quick bite.
Bahrain branch is really bad the staff are not prepared for the opening and we left the restaurant after one hour because they did not how to manage the waiting list and they clearly wanted us to leave. So disappointed.
