Nueve is definitely a must -try experience in Bogota, you can't miss it. Loved the tapas, it offers a variety to try from different dishes in small portions. It has a mix of Colombian and Spanish flavours. Service was very good, our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. Lovely atmosphere. The wine and cocktail selection is very ample, they really know what they're doing. Loved the napkin menu as well. Also, in order to get in you ring the bell in the house, adorable. Highly recommend this place!
It was one of the best moments in Bogota trip for our family. All plates were sophisticated tasting, amazing qualities. We were 3 people (Me, my wife and 10 years old boy). We ordered 4 tapas and 2 small plates and 1 dessert. But we might have had room to order 1 more plate. We would like to enjoy there again. If you go there, you must reserve.
I loved this place because it has a dedicated bar that is comfortable and you can dine there. They have an extensive wine and liqueur inventory to choose from. It’s a sexy bar, you won’t be disappointed…
The atmosphere lends itself to intimate dining and we had a private room for 6. The restaurant is situated in a restored early 20th century home in Zona G (old Chapinero) with striking modern decor. The menu is varied, offering creatively prepared and presented local and regionally sourced items. We enjoyed an array of shared plates, ranging from roasted octopus, and beef, to fresh roasted asparagus, peppers and tuna tartar. The desserts were also delicious and made in house: a fried burrata in honey, chocolate turrón, and an almojábana torte (made with corn flour and cuajada cheese). The wine selection is good and we enjoyed before and after drinks in the quaint bar (8 y Cuarto) opposite the dining areas from the main entrance and staircase leading to the bathrooms.
