I recently had the pleasure of dining at Man Ho, a Michelin-starred restaurant known for its exquisite Chinese cuisine. The ambiance was elegant and serene, perfect for a special occasion. The private room allowed us to enjoy our meal without distractions, making it a truly intimate experience. We indulged in a variety of dishes, including fish maw, crab rice, abalone, and sea cucumber. Each dish was well-prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were certainly enjoyable; however, I wouldn't say they reached the pinnacle of excellence I expected from a Michelin-starred establishment. While the crab rice was particularly satisfying, the overall meal felt slightly lacking in the wow factor.
Just had a wonderful night at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant celebrating my wife’s birthday. We ordered the Mid-Autumn Festival Special Set Dinner Menu. Each dish is delicious, made with excellent ingredients and cooked in different ways, enhancing the layers of flavors of the ingredients. This variety enriches the taste and brings a great sense of freshness. Highly recommended for friends who enjoy Chinese cuisine! Thank you Man Ho for the birthday cake!
Amazing dinner gathering with friends and the food was super stunning and delicious. All of the staffs were outstanding and professional, they introduced every single dishes to us which making us feel like home. Thank you Chef and the entire team of the hospitality, we will definitely be back again.
Tried this restaurant the first day we stayed at the hotel, I want to thank the manager who I forgot to get his name, for being so friendly, helpful and polite with his service. He worked on 1st May 2024 around 2pm. Foods were amazing and brightened our day immediately. Both food and service were magnificent
