It is located on the 4/F, Mira One shopping centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. Its boss is a Japanese so the cuisine is a bit more authentic than the other so-called Japanese restaurants here. It offers daily set lunch menu 7 days a week (a choice of more than 15 sets of dish including sushi, sashimi, noodles, curry with rice, tempura, grilled fish, meat and seafood don (rice bowl) etc.). There is a daily special dish. The set can include pickles, steamed egg, mini appetizers, mini salad and mini fruit, mizu soup, a largevbowl of white rice (free refill) and a free coffee or tea. Green tea is free with unlimited refill. The portion is big enough for (Asian) man. The ingredients used for sashimi or sushi are ok. Meat dish may not be as good as those in Japan unless Japanese meat is used. There is also a good selection of Japanese rice wine and draft beer. Dinner only a la carte. No booking is required and taking table is on first come first served basis. It can become rather noisy during lunch time. Its authenticity is verified by the ever presence of Japanese customers during lunch or dinner!

Sought this place out following reviews on trip advisor. A pain to find (4F, Mira 1), but par for the course in Hong Kong. To be honest, nothing special. Ordered the Sashimi Rice Bowl. Was moderately expensive and not much better than what you would get in a conveyor sushi restaurant. Ambience was nice, staff attentive, if a little cold. Wouldn’t rush back, but would happily eat here again.
