That terrace! That table! THE company! Another bubbly evening in the most perfect place! Love everything about Flo. From the art deco design, the european touch, delicious food, great wine selection and pairing, the amazing service and their elegant staff in those slick blue suits! The weather was perfect! Not a hint of wind, which is rare in Tianjin... and no mosquitoes!!! I know! Amazing night, right?! Thank you Flo and thank you friends for another great Champagne Evening. xx
While the restaurant is a bit big for me, it has so many other elements that have made it one of my two favourite restaurants in the city. The restaurant offers an a la carte menu and several tasting menus, including a. fabulous degustation menu. The classic menu and brunch menu are very accessible at around 388 RMB for a 4 course menu, with an excellent selection of wines as part of a wine pairing. Overall, great value. I have had the pleasure in recent visits of being served by Linger, who is on point with his service - he has the right balance between being attentive but not overbearing. However, the whole team including Hanna and Charles, to name two staff I interacted with, are wonderful. Lastly, many dishes reflect excellent techniques by the team of chefs, making for a tremendous dining experience in Tianjin.
