authentic northern china cuisine. delicious!
This is the best, high-end Kebob, or Chuanr, restaurant in Tianjin. There are two other locations, as well.
Paying about 15 kuai for a single stick of yang rou chuar seems silly, but it is worth it. The 15 kuai skewers are marinated and taste much, much better. Of course the rest of the items are great as well. I especially love the fact that they let me bring in many bottles of my own beer.
