This is the first Haidilao restaurant in Shenyang. When I ate there for the first time, I was amazed by his service. At the beginning, the waiters were all from the south. But now the service is getting worse and worse, especially when there are many people. Eating hair out of the dish twice in a row. The stains on the table will not be wiped by the waiter like they were at first. Now no one cleans it from beginning to end. Sometimes the water is almost dry and I don’t know how to wipe it without asking the waiter. The advantage of his store is its large scale and many chains. The quality of the dishes is certainly guaranteed in the hot pot industry, but they are not the best. And it’s really expensive now. It’s easy for two people to eat for 250+ RMB.
I haven’t been there for a long time. I plan to go there in a few days.
We went to Il Forno because we had very good experiences a few years back here. Now it's open again after a break due to Covid-19 but it lost a lot of its former quality. They didn't have a lot of items on the menu and only realized this after almost half an hour after ordering. Food took forever to be served and my Pizza was lukewarm and far from beeing crispy and delicious... I hoped for a nice evening out but got a mediocre experience.
Nice staff and surrounding. Soup and Pasta was ok but could be a bigger portion. Unfortunately I needed to return their homemade ice cream because I think it has gone bad.
