This place has been famous for their BBQ baby back ribs for years and years. While visiting Lacrosse we stopped in last night for their delicious ribs only to find out that the BBQ ribs no longer exist on their menu. Saddened by this we didn’t stay. We found another place who did serve BBQ Ribs. If you are looking for a great place to dine and that serves delicious and oh so tasty BBQ ribs, go to Diggers Sting in downtown Lacrosse. To Piggies; You shouldn’t advertise that you serve Ribs when you do not. We were shocked to learn that you took BBQ Ribs off your menu. Good luck with that.
Dinner at Piggy’s had some high points and some low points. We were in town and had dinner with relatives. The service was very good. Drinks were a disappointment. A double martini was less than 2.5 ounces—-it was embarrassingly small. Caesar salad was mediocre at best. Halibut was excellent and the other guests enjoyed their entrees. It wasn’t a bad experience and it wasn’t memorable either. It was just OK.
