Nanjing Impressions is a budget Jiangsu restaurant chain in China. This Luohu branch is in a hip shopping mall. Decor is like a recreation of ancient Chinese city. Even the staff dresses in the traditional Chinese attire. Menu includes the typical southern Chinese delicacies. A common feature of Nanjing cuisine is the emphasis on duck. The duck and crab buns are particularly impressive. More daring visitors may want to try the duck blood. Service is warm and attentive. Price is dirt cheap even by local standard. Do come early to avoid the queue.
