Nice Japanese food
We stayed for 4 consecutive nights and had meals every morning. It was a Japanese, Western, and Chinese buffet style, but the food and service were not good enough. I especially got tired of Japanese food, as the menu was almost the same every day.
5 hours 8 courses of wonder. I cannot say anything more than, "wonderful". I and my husband are frequent michelin restaurant explorers. Generally, everything falls short. Yamazato in Amsterdam reaches the same level as many we tried in Tokyo. Not to mention the fact that - the staff are outstanding. The chef is a genius with a team of ~20 and still growing. The wine sommelier is tactful and knowledgeable.
The food was incredible, the service was fantastic, and the setting was beautiful! We also did the drink pairing with the fixed menu and glad that we did as everything paired perfectly!
