food very good 😻 lovelovelove the tomato soup so scrumptious nomnom. fly went in soup and they gave us free snacks and food 🫶🏻. i love u staff. won the lucky draw and gave us bigbig pack of snacks. awkward bringing it back but worth it 👻. love u haidilao 🫶🏻
It's very crowded here, the service staff is very good, the food is fresh and delicious, and the price is affordable. On average, about 350k/person. While waiting, you can sit and eat cake, drink tea, and play free games. In general, the service is quite ok

Hadilao is a standout for its exceptional customer service. Although there is often a long wait time, customers don’t mind thanks to the various amenities offered while waiting, such as snacks, tea, ice cream, free nail services, and photo printing. I’ve visited all the branches in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Guangzhou, China, and have consistently received excellent service. While the food is generally well-prepared, adding a bit more pork to the menu would make it even better. The ginseng hot pot broth is truly fantastic.
