I am writing a formally complaint about the poor & bad service delivery I experienced on 12/10/24 . I place my order around 6:15 pm , expected to get my food may be around 6:50 pm but I have to wait more than 3 hours to get my food delivered that ridiculous and even am a long term customer to your company . As there was guest at my place I get disappointed about that kind of services and cannot be served them on time as well .if your company cannot provided a better service delivery satisfaction to their customers, please don’t post anything on the social network to attract customers because what the use saying “WE DELIVER HOT PIZZAS TO YOUR DOORSTEP WHEN CANNOT AFFORD TO PROVIDE IT SO PLEASE ASSURE YOUR WORDS ’’it is not the first time it the second time happen the first time i let it gone but it is enough and I was never expected that poor and incredible service. And seeing the attitude of some your staffs who works at Domino’s Pizza plaisance shopping village I think they just came to work for fun ,so better the management take action about that and believe this is not reflective of the quality of service your company promises.I kindly request to get back to me feel free to contract me
