Antalya Turkish Restaurant

Best Halal restaurant that I found in Guangzhou. Every visit i do in Guangzhou we always eat in Antalya Garden. Place and area is very good. The food is very good. It’s quite pricey the food but it’s worth it.

A very nice Turkish restaurant. The food served here is halal. The ambiance is good and restaurant is tastefully decorated. The food is tasty, service is quick and the staff is very efficient and friendly. Their grill platter is awsome and the typical turkish pida is also good. The bread is served complimentary. There is parking space available on the road side and a small parking lot is also there besides the restaurent. It remains open till 10 pm. Overall a very nice place to have food with friends and family.

Disgraceful service, complete chaos and mayhem, owners stand around like they own you. Completely arrogant. AVOID AT ALL COST

We normally visit Sultan and Bosphorus when we feel like Turkish food but wanted to try a different place and saw a newly decorated branch of Antalya on the ground floor, near Xiaobei mtr. When you walk in and the waitress looking right at you doesn't even greet you, you know you won't get good service. Unfortunately it only got worse as the evening went on. The younger waitress was neutral at best, the older woman was simply awful, really bad attitude. We felt like we offended her somehow by just being there, she gave us unpleasant looks, spoke rudely and was extremely unhelpful. The restaurant was not busy, staff were not rushing yet when we asked to order, they just asked us to do it via scanning the QR code. I know this is common in China but c'mon, you're not busy, why can't you just take our order in person? It makes the meal more personal and special, basics of customer service. I overheard her badmouth foreigners to other customers even though she works for one in his foreign establishment! Throughout the meal, whenever I looked towards where the staff were standing, I could notice them judging and gossiping about the customers-it was very obvious. Incredibly rude. The manager was there by the way and saw the unpleasant interactions-clearly he doesn't care for good customer service and doesn't train his staff well. The food was very tasty, so were the drinks, almost the same as Bosphorus, but due to terrible service we will not go back to any Antalya restaurant again and we will discourage friends from going there too. Is it really too much to ask for to be greeted, to expect a smile and to be addressed in a kind manner? Visit Bosphorus next door or Sultan near Taojin mtr-way better service, similar food and price, much nicer atmosphere.
