Great hotel. Foyer is a little dated and the buffet could serve a higher standard of food. Otherwise Shang Palace and Nishimura restaurants are still great. The Swing bar is average, better off visiting the true beer bar at the back of the residence building called Taps and Tapas run by Lenbach Group
Service was excellent especially the executive assistant manager Henry Yang. Food and service in Shang Palace was very good. Room was good but a bit old and dated
I ate there 4 times in a week for dinner. Food is delicious and waiters are very attentive. Shweta, our waitress for the night, was very kind and mindful of our expectations. Only thing that may be improved is that the ambience music is a bit unexpected for the place (house in a chinese restaurant)
I had an incredible dining experience at Shang restaurant. The food and ambience were amazing. Should definitely try the pot price with stir fry vegetable and chilly chicken. Loved it. A big shoutout to Rishabh and Shweta for their exceptional service. They were very friendly and helped us identify the best dishes.
