What an experience from the first moment you step in. Waiting area that looks like a cinema room. Robots sorting dishes in the kitchen. Loads of beer and pastry wielding waiters ready for the hot pots. This place has many delicious foods and a massive variety to choose from.
Welcome to the smartest and largest Hai Di Lao hotpot in the world! I love the ambience and unique design of this restaurant with all these tech and everything ( LED display, Robots waiters etc ) Amazing dining and hotpot experience for everyone What’s even more amazing is that the waiting area is a mini- cinema and you can watch movies while waiting and get the usual waiting food and other services to occupy your time The food and menu is the same, we ordered what we usually ordered and the quality of staff is ok too. If you are a Hai Di Lao fan and you love tech this place is a must visit for you
waited two hours for our turn but all worth it. Price is very reasonable and food tastes great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Food was so so and normal. Nothing to shout about. Service on the surface was top notch, but 2 incidents proved otherwise during my first visit here. I arrived in a weekday afternoon and was asked to take a seat and wait. After more than 30mins and noticed many other customers who came later had gotten their seats, I politely asked the staff. They told me its not my turn yet. I waited for another 20mins, saw many others arrived later but gotten their seats and was puzzled. I approached the staff and again, told me I have to wait. Decided to go off instead but suddenly, they came to stop us and immediately said my seats are available. After my meals, I paid using my credit card. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the staff was visibly displeased. I took initiative and told her my card has no problem cos I just paid it with my merchandise an hour ago. Overall experience was bad. Will not step in again.
