Absolutely incredible hotel! Beautiful rooms and beautiful amenities. When we arrived, our room was not yet ready but we were upgraded to the premium lounge access and able to enjoy happy hour and breakfast each day of our stay. We only had to wait about 15 min for our room to be ready but this was such a nice perk and benefit to make up for it! The food was delicious and staff were all so friendly. We also got a couples massage on our last night and it was seriously the best massage I've ever had. Highly recommend!!
Wonderful staff many of whom spoke English, very friendly and professional. Breakfast was fabulous, gym on the slightly smaller side, rooms a little dated and felt like a conference venue rather than a luxury hotel but staff made up for this shortfall, not near to main sites for visiting tourists but travel is so low cost (both public transport and Didi)so it’s not an issue, thank you to the wonderful front of house team for their warm welcome and their wonderfully consistent professional service.
我吃过的最好的一餐 我不会轻易说“最好的一餐”。 我真的认为这是我吃过的最美味的一餐。 帮自己一个忙，到达那里，排长队。 读一两本小说，然后犒劳自己，品尝全中国最好的北京烤鸭。 不过说真的，这条线长得可笑。 非常值得等待。 工作人员也很棒。 我确实是在新冠病毒爆发前去过的，所以情况可能已经发生了变化，但我敢打赌，食物仍然很棒。
今天有时间来具有纪念意义的酒店——北京香格里拉饭店，带孩子一起来的，刚进到餐厅就有一种激动的心情，还是原来的样子，值得回忆的样子，开到餐厅门口领位Vikey热情的招呼我们来到一靠窗边的位置，景观尽收眼底。餐厅的经理Iceman给我们更为为我们准备了丰富又美味的佳肴，让我们感受到了家一样的服务…非常感谢你们热情周到的服务…
