This renowned restaurant appears to be the largest branch, boasting a five-story building. Upon entering, a courteous receptionist will direct you to the appropriate floor and provide you with a queue number. Be prepared to wait for approximately an hour. The food is satisfactory, although the signature Peking duck, while tasty, is quite oily. Two of us shared a half portion, which surprisingly turned out to be rather small. A friendly tip: if you are dining in a group, consider obtaining queue numbers from each floor and assembling on the floor where the earliest queue number is called.
Delicious! Second time to QUANJUDE, two different locations. Didn’t have to wait too long maybe 15min on a Saturday night. Got a whole duck! And two other Grilled beef and Veggie dish for 4 people. Plenty! Spent about $120AUD. 238yuan for a whole duck. Other location in Hepingman has the chef cut the duck table side and had better service. We didn’t get the duck cut on a fancy plate like others. Nitpicky about presentation I guess. Overall delicious!
Do not recommend Pekin Duck was tasteless, although the skin was a good texture Had another duck with lotus root dish. Extremely overcooked and tasteless. The best dish was ironically the cai xin.
Service is average, food is average, and the supposed main star the beijing roast duck was absolutely disappointing. would not recommend
