Do not wait in line for this place!!!! Not worth it at all. Better off trying the italian lasagna or the peruvian food next door. They are much friendlier and cleaner!!!
Classic place that have been here for almost 60 years. Generous portions of Chilean specialities and great beer and wine. A classic place where artists and intellectuals have been hanging out.
This place is not for everyone. It's a bit rundown, tables and chairs are simple, service is basic but friendly... but what value! The food here is good... and VERY cheap. I suspect this is a bit of a student/bohemian hangout judging by the clientele, but no one seems out of place. We had a great time, ate well for little $$. We had so much fun we didn't take pics.
The food was delicious, we had the rabbit and the cazuela, both very tasty. It was a recommandation from the camarera, who was very helpful. Very good food for the price.
