The beef was very good. The side dish less to my liking. The roof level is quite cool as it is open and lets lots of air through. The setting is quite interesting, almost a church. The staff are super friendly and helpful!
My wife and I visited for the first time last night! At the earliest reservation time it was quiet and comfortable. The food was exceptional! The Pastel de Choclo had an excellent Peruvian twist and the fish I ordered was cooked to perfection. Gracias al restaurant por el espumante de Cortesia!
We loved our visit to Sarita Colonia and hope to return. We had a wonderful bottle of Pinot noir and appetizers of thin sliced rare beef and stuffed fried yucca dumplings. I had gnocchi with ahi amarillo sauce with fish in Korean spices on top. Incredible! We loved our desserts as well and I had a delicious gin cocktail to end the evening. It was our favorite restaurant we tried in Santiago.
This restaurant was recommended by our hotel staff. So glad we went, this ended up being my second favorite restaurant in Santiago. We were greeted warmly at the door. We had reservations and were upstairs. Very pretty place. We overlooked the bar. We ordered drinks and two dishes I had seen on TripAdvisor. No English menu. We ordered the pork belly and a dish which reminded me of pot roast. The food was excellent with so much flavor. Drinks and service were also very good. I would eat here again.
