We stopped here on our city tour, as our tour guide Javier highly recommended the AS and wanted us to try the best in Santiago. He didn't disappoint as the food was excellent and the staff very helpful. We even got chatting to a local customer who recommended a sandwich and bought one for us to try, along with a beer. So thank you to all the staff, the generous local customer and Javier for a memorable culinary experience that we will cherish from our visit to Santiago Chile.
We wanted to try completo and chorillana before we left Chile and we were not disappointed! We had the Italiano gigante and it was delicious. Service was also great.
When in Chile, you just have to eat a completo hot dog, and the best ones are here. My tip is the dinamico giante, just add a little mustard and chilli sauce on top. It is unbelievable, the bread is crispy warm, the mayo, avocado and all the other ingredients are top quality. Make sure you have a beer (chop) with it, you won't be disappointed. My rating is 10 out of 10.
