We sat at the kitchen counter and had a wonderful experience! The chefs took time to talk us through the menu, servers were attentive (and spoke great English!), and the food was GREAT! Highly recommend the Chilean fish and the ravioli. They are still waiting for their alcohol license at the new location, can’t wait to see what they do with it in the future.
6 months after is still dream about that Orzo dish so I had to write a review. The dinner I had with my partener was amazing from starter to dessert (we still talk about that pea ice cream). We were seated at the counter and it was amazing to see the team of chefs works together to create such beautiful food. The flavors were really surprising and complex. The staff was really nice. My favorite restaurant in Santiago !
Really fun small local spot with impressive food. Everything we ate was fantastic, the staff attentive, interesting, and most spoke perfect English. They are moving soon to a larger space nearby so there should be plenty of seating for the crowds that are sure to follow.
Ambrosia served up amazing, imaginative food. We eat really well in Santiago - this was the very best. Despite serving really accomplished food, it's a fun & casual place, with absolutely no pretension or airs & graces. Seriously impressed with the cooking here and great value.
