We visited this place for the first time last year and had such an amazing experience that we decided to return for lunch! Even though it was a Monday, the restaurant was quite busy, and we barely managed to get a seat. The food and service were just as fantastic as we remembered! I especially loved the holiday decorations! They made the atmosphere even more charming.
What can I say except 5 stars all around for Breakfast / Brunch? We were seated by their outdoor patio (side) which was covered from the rain with efficient heat lamps above us. Our server was genuinely friendly, warm and welcoming! She was amazing. The food was decadent! I enjoyed the Fried Chicken with Gravy and Biscuits, the Mini Doughnuts, my hot oat milk Mocha, and my daughter inhaled the West End (scrambled eggs, half half of honeyed back bacon & sausage, brioche toast); the potato hash which came with the West End was SINFULLY crispy. Outstanding meal! Highly recommend reserving online one day or many days ahead to guarantee a spot! Next time I’m going to try their Smoked Salmon Rosti and Eclair!
We really enjoyed the breakfast, and it was within walking distance to our hotel on Burrard St. The menu items were familiar, but with some surprises that were absolutely delicious. The latte was expertly made, and the mini doughnuts were so good to start. I had the smoke salmon roti, which was a huge portion and so tasty. Hubby got the big bacon breakfast sandwich, which he really liked. Service was friendly.
We had spent and few hours cycling in Stanley Park and we in need of some relaxation. Really lovely spot, friendly waitress and great coffee and cake.
