The Fairmont Pacific Rim is a wonderful place that combines luxury, atmosphere, and excellent service to create a memorable experience. My recent visit to The Lobby Lounge & Raw Bar was fantastic, and I want to thank the new General Manager, Taka Akiyama, for making it so special. Taka brings a refreshing level of care and understanding to guests, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. From the warm greeting to the thoughtful service, everything reflected the hard work of Taka and the team. Thank you, Taka, and the Fairmont Pacific Rim team, for creating such a great atmosphere. I look forward to visiting again soon!
I like this place, they have good coctel, good attention, good atmosphera, and good food, the music is amazing too. Anytime you come here is good. I recomended higtly.
Food served here is authentic and understanably more expensive than if we had tried the local street version. Worth a visit if you want to impress a visitor or friend, but more expensive since its in a luxurious hotel. Decor and cutlery used are so instagrammable!
Visited just after checking in. The seats are designed for lounging - not eating, as we wanted. Atmosphere? Less than the moon. Our order was taken quickly - Chicken rice and a fish soup plus beer and wine. The chicken rice came fast but it was only luke warm. I was famished so I started on it anyway. Nobody checked back until I had eaten my fill - which is when my wife's dish appeared! Her food tasted fine and was hot. At the end, the bill was monstrous. I complained about my cold food but nobody seemed to care. I recommend you swerve away from this place and go downstairs to 'The Line' instead.
