To call this tasting menu merely 'good' would be a hyperbole; it transcends culinary excellence. The chef's dishes present a paradox: they are overwhelmingly good yet remarkably balanced, each bite a harmonious blend of intense flavors. The restaurant ambience is gentle, inviting while the knowledgeable team orchestrated each dining experience with precision and grace. The restaurant experience is a simile for an unforgettable journey, touching the soul in ways that linger long after the last course has been. Thank for you , for the second time .

Booked a reservation weeks in advance and was well worth it. I enjoyed all the courses and exploring different flavor combinations with no prior expectations. I was also delighted by the cocktails, Do it For the Data is worth a try. Staff were very friendly and came frequently to make sure we had enough water for the table. I appreciated the parting gift and was given a list of the course after the meal to review the plates I got. Would come back for seasonal options

I was looking forward to this one. After all the reviews and rankings & awards etc. however overall I think flavour maybe lacked a bit. Beautifully presented and some good hits! Also we were celebrating an anniversary and our table was not great, made it feel a bit more casual I guess. But considering I pre-paid with an automatic 20%! gratuity! The meal was beautifully paired by the somms. Big kudos to them. Maybe one of the best paired meals I ever had actually!

Went for a special occasion dinner, made the reservation online, was SO looking forward to it to cap off a milestone celebration. When we arrived, 15 minutes early (so as to ensure we weren't late and wouldn't lose our deposit), we were told we could go for a walk and come back at our appointed time. Yes, we were literally being kicked out of the restaurant for arriving 15 minutes early! It was, by the way, half empty. We asked if we could sit at the bar, and were told we could sit by the coat check/front door, or come back later. They didn't want to "compromise the quality service for our diners" by... what? Having us sit at the bar and talk to each other? The hostess claimed we would overwhelm the bartender which... again, the place was half empty and the bar was entirely empty. If they hadn't been holding the deposit we would have left and gone somewhere else, the reception was that off-putting. Way to wreck our anniversary, Published. Nonetheless, when we finally did come back, we tried to keep an open mind and enjoy the meal. Our server was pretentious and disinterested. The food was solidly good, beautifully presented, but in all honesty, have had better in Vancouver. Have had better on Main Street. I'm a person who likes fancy, but the overly-preciousness of the staff and food was more off-putting than enjoyable. We didn't feel welcomed, and we really wanted to quality of the food to compensate but it just didn't.
