The signature shrimp x pork wontons are excellent. Plump, juicy, with a generous amount of filling. Every bite is satisfying! Wonton Hut’s laksa noodle broth is also deliciously rich, full of umami, and always served piping hot. A cute thing about this spot: they play a birdsong tune, so u feel transported to another world as u tuck into noods. Ooh lala.
Most delicious wontons and noodle soup I have ever had! I visited twice during my trip to Toronto. Please open a location in Washington DC, I will miss it!
Small, but quite busy place. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table as the turnover of the tables is quite fast. I had the beef brisket low mein. It was OK. The beef is fatty and the noodles were bland. The elderly gentelman behind the cash, presumably the owner, is pleasaant and very polite. the service was quite fast,
Wonton Hut located in the Markham Town Square ,lot of parking , six of us dropped in for out one hour lunch , not much of decor , but very clean , airy comfortable atmosphere , it is a Cantonese style wonton noodle house and lot of choices , Wonton noodle comes with four large wontons , very tasty and the broth have a lot of flavouful , noodles very chewy , not a 100% traditional Cantonese but over all , pretty good for around $10 lunch , worth it for sure a good place foe quick eat in and out place .
